As a dedicated therapist, my focus is to help individuals through the process of therapy to identify their purpose in life, foster their sense of self, and overcome any challenges to their mental wellness and growth. In therapy sessions, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, with a grounding in Existential Therapy.
My goal is to assist clients in uncovering the root causes of their concerns and create a purposeful plan for growth and enhancement. Through therapy, I aim to help individuals establish a stronger sense of self, and develop effective coping strategies for managing daily stress.
I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals in outpatient treatment, adolescents, families, adults with substance use and mental health concerns, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, individuals with mood disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder, and those on welfare.
